Verification support added for Arabic language

Working with Veriff.com, we have added support to be able to accept many ID cards in the Arabic language. Below is the list.

• Egypt National ID cards
• Egypt Driving Licenses
• Saudi ‘Arabic Only' National ID cards
• Saudi Residence Permits
• Tunisia National ID cards
• Lebanon National ID cards
• Lebanon 'Arabic Only' Driving License
• Iraq Voter cards
• Iraq 'Arabic Only' DLs
• Palestine Authority ID cards
• Yemen National ID cards
• Syria Domestic ID cards

We are still working with them to support other alphabets such as Cyrillic and hope to add support for that in the near future.

This is great to hear, but I need a clarification on whether I should submit my First & Last Name in Arabic or English before proceeding with Veriff Verification process.

i typed the full name in english but m ID is in arabic

it says " Continue Verification " but when i continue it will never complete because i put name in english but the ID is in arabic

The ID card you're using is not supported, so restarting would not solve your issue. I'm sorry, you have to use a different type of ID card.

Would just like to say that Egyptain (arbaic language ) Id's are fixed and now works for verifying. Thank you for looking into this.

first i tried like 20+ times and keeps saying not supported even my country ID is listed as supported
then a bug happened with my name, i reported it here and waited a week for a fix
then today i try many times and a loop bug happened again

I replied to your support ticket. The issue was with the Tunisian ID which for some reason was not enabled. We're waiting for that to be resolved and it should allow you to then continue.
