Detailed description of what happened:
Greetings EpicNPC,
I'm opening this Deal disupute to address about my deal between myself and @Gucci ( UID: gucci.898001 ).
In 13/07/2024, I browsed up OGuser & EpicNPC and I saw @Gucci was selling that Valorant accounts so I contacted him straight away via Discord/Telegram but our whole conversation was on Discord.
After nearly 1 hour discussing about the price of the account, I agreed to move forward with 1200 USD in Crypto via Solana network. I have checked every of the seller's information on both OGusers and EpicNPC platform and I could confirm that I was dealing with the legit Gucci with linked discord username/UID on both OGusers & EpicNPC. His discord @ is @heygucci, UID: 1076054936233726004. As I can see he's a highly reputable seller on both trading forums so I decided to skip the Middleman part to speed up the proccess of purchasing the mentioned Valorant account.
I also acknowledged that the account doesn't come with OG Email and I can't get access to it, as he said he couldn't give it to me but I could have a peace of mind as the account was purchased from some very "highly reputable source" so I wouldn't get into any troubles in future use. @Gucci also said that he'd had the account for more than 1 year without any trouble ( from July 2023 ). @Gucci gave me his Solana wallet which is 675sq3F2H26UzEkC3nJGStkaPJ9guhQASyDfJm3cqYcR and I was good to send him my Crypto.
These are the 2 txs that I sent to him on Solana network:

After sending him all the $, he asked for my email so he could change the account's email to mine. I could confirm everything on the account matched the description on his thread with all the guns/skins/rank, nothing was wrong. He even gave me some sort of recovery information if I have any intentions to resell the account in future.
However, in 17/08/2024 I completely lost all my access to the account and I noticed that my email was removed from the account as well. I contacted @Gucci because there was definitely someone had changed the account information including password, email etc... It took 1 day for @Gucci to get back to me and he told me that he couldn't recover the account because Riotgames support denied the recovery information. He asked me if I attempted to recover the account and I said no and he asked me for proof for not trying to recover the account ( how the **** can I prove this when I don't and never how to do account recovery at all ).
Everything didn't even make any sense when he couldn't use all the recovery information that he'd given me before to recover the account ( all that information got denied by Riot games ). I honestly just want my refund back but I decided to give him more times to contact the previous owner/Riot games and resolve this in peace because I just want the account to play the game not the money so I gave him another 48 hours to resolve the issue but he couldn't deliver it and he refused to give me back my money and asked me to open the Deal Dispute on OGusers & EpicNPC because he doesn't know what to do and he doesn't have any solutions for this situation. He even got back to me with the username on that support ticket that I attach in the imgur link, that username doesn't match the account username at all.
End of the story, this actually makes me really mad because firstly @Gucci accused me of trying to rollback the account on my end but honestly I don't even know how to do it at all. Secondly, I am completely disappointed with a highly reputable seller like this because we all know the fact that Riot games accounts are always a sensible topic when it fully relies on the seller honesty about the recovery information no one knows that information unless you are Riot Games. I have purchased a couple League of Legends accounts back then, I have had for more than years without getting any issues.
