What is the dispute about? Scamming with an account previously sold on the forums and claiming to be original owner.
Other details / notes: Refused to use MM citing links to reviews about MM's being slow/scammers as a deterrent to use one after asking if I have used one on here before because I'm new. Refused to use PayPal goods and services citing buyers are still protected due to chargebacks using their banks. Pressuring to send additional payments with promises of refunding the initial agreed upon payment that seller already received. Attempting to change what I was to receive after TG transaction started due to PayPal holding funds on seller's end for suspicious activity. Did not respond after stating I no longer wanted to do business with them and requested a refund. Seller has been banned.
