Budget 60 USD max (if higher I'd just buy the T-55AM pack and farm it myself).

By a fool, I mean a person who doesn't value his time. Someone spends it wisely and someone does not, that's all.

 

For such a price, you only buy a brute account (stolen), and the reason to lower the rank of ground vehicles to 60$ is stupid... Ground force is not aviation for you where you can farm + 40k RP for a battle... I myself will be glad to buy VII rank ground vehicles for 60$ with full access. And after purchasing the T-55AM, you have to play for a month (average) to unlock the VII rank. This is provided that you are a very powerful player, if you are an average player you spend years on it... good luck looking for fools...
