I'm looking to buy a USPC account with a decent cr, the power doesn't really matter as I may change that anyway if I don't like it. However I would like one with at least 100sp, preferably 150+

I may settle for a Hero account instead if it is a good deal and has a good amount of sp.


My price range is up to about 45$
