Ok so i bought a perk i tought i was going to change my username color, but insted i got my EpicNpc Verified color changed :S anyway to change the user name color? if so how, any posibility in a refund for the username perk that i bought thinking it was color change username or adding bold to my thread titles instedof a refund.

I removed the item from your inventory and added the 5 'cash' back to your account so you can buy the username glow instead.

Username colors can't be changed because I don't want users changing them to 'verified' or 'pro seller' colors and pretend to be upgraded.
