A month has gone by since this transpired, and no action has been taken in this matter. I hired a PI to dig up all he can on this kid and I'll take the correct action, but as far as this forum goes, should he not be banned by now? What exactly do you have to do to get banned here? Scamming multiple people doesn't get it done?
In my dealings with blizzard on this account, they have let me know that the original owner who I was pretending to be via the phone has reported the account stolen/comprimised 2 times.
His name is Joshua Lerner, and with some basic hiring of online service to find people here is what I come up with.

I received several text messages over the weekend in reference to this recall, as I gave his phone number to the people who purchased the charactors from me, as in reality he guaranteed the accounts, and as such, should be accountable. The response I received from him in regards to this follows: (This is being copied verbatim from the texts received.)

The rest of the transaction had taken place via phone since I was mobile. I knew better and it's my fault really.
If I do not receive a refund within one week however I will continue to persue this via Erie county court system and as well I will hire someone to "collect" this money for me.
I won't file a formal protest for you to be banned from this site, or from any other nefarious dealings, I'll just send someone to handle this for me. I don't like having problems, and you are the ONLY problem I've had in a long time, so you will suffer fully so that other people see how costly it is to attempt to scam me.
If any further proof is needed, I have the receipt from Western Union as well as text conversations as well as the users that actually bought these charactors.
I should have listened to my gut which told me that this guy was sleeze especially after the initial lie of him being original owner, and his "guarantee" of the account and I shouldn't have any dealings with him, but I did anyways and as such have noone to blame other than myself, and I will deal with it accordingly. I am going to link this to the people who purchased the charactors so they can add their 2 cents as well.
I am compensating my customers for the charactors they lost during this ordeal since I honor my guarantees, and since it is not there fault, but this user alliancemagepvp and mine for being retarded enough to deal with him.

I received several text messages over the weekend in reference to this recall, as I gave his phone number to the people who purchased the charactors from me, as in reality he guaranteed the accounts, and as such, should be accountable. The response I received from him in regards to this follows: (This is being copied verbatim from the texts received.)

The rest of the transaction had taken place via phone since I was mobile. I knew better and it's my fault really.
If I do not receive a refund within one week however I will continue to persue this via Erie county court system and as well I will hire someone to "collect" this money for me.
I won't file a formal protest for you to be banned from this site, or from any other nefarious dealings, I'll just send someone to handle this for me. I don't like having problems, and you are the ONLY problem I've had in a long time, so you will suffer fully so that other people see how costly it is to attempt to scam me.
If any further proof is needed, I have the receipt from Western Union as well as text conversations as well as the users that actually bought these charactors.
I should have listened to my gut which told me that this guy was sleeze especially after the initial lie of him being original owner, and his "guarantee" of the account and I shouldn't have any dealings with him, but I did anyways and as such have noone to blame other than myself, and I will deal with it accordingly. I am going to link this to the people who purchased the charactors so they can add their 2 cents as well.
I am compensating my customers for the charactors they lost during this ordeal since I honor my guarantees, and since it is not there fault, but this user alliancemagepvp and mine for being retarded enough to deal with him.
