User scammed me on discord using post here, stole money and Dokkan account

Describe the problem:
This user scammed $30 from me AND my Dokkan account for a supposed “$100 legends account” he blocked me and in epicnpc dms told me that “I was talking to myself making **** up”
Approximate value of item/service: $30 USD (PayPal) + $70 USD (Dokkan Value)
Date of problem: 11/24/23
