User is harassing me + trying to hack into my personal accounts

Basically was doing an exchange for him, sent him email, then 20 minutes later he started trying to hack into paypal as my friend (owner of the email + PayPal, he's let me use it) was getting a ton of password reset codes.
This has continued for over a day, he's now trying to get into pretty much any account associated with that email.

I left him negative feedback and now he's spamming the email with all types of slurs because I left him bad feedback.

His reasoning for trying to hack into my stuff was 'I wasted his time'.
1. This is not a valid reason, just because I was busy and couldn't exchange doesn't mean you then bait me into an exchange to get my email and then try and hack all my accounts.
2. I didn't even time waste you, in fact YOU took ages to reply.

Would like action taken against this guy.

I mean, he just has your e-mail right? He can't do anything so long as you aren't on a leaked database AND still using that info. Go use a checker to make sure. After that, you're good. Let him throw a tantrum. No one is gonna deal with him again. The less you talk to him the sooner he'll stop raging and leave you alone.

Wasn't talking to him at all, he was just being annoying and signing me up to tons of illict sites. Also he was spamming me. Only person losing is him though as he's just wasting his time, for what? He did stop though as this thread was from August last year.
