User cant post

Hey guys i traded with a guy called fr3yi5 on epicnpc a while back and we are talking ingame but he is unable to make a new thread or send PMs or replys can someone fix this plz?

the user needs to complete the email confirmation before he can post/pm etc tell him to check his email that he signed up with for an email from epicnpc. once he clicks on the link in that email he will be able to post and send pm's
