Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
User was banned right after I purchased a pokemon go account. it lasted 12 hours tops and was banned. I logged in once and checked it. Then later that night or next morning rechecked and it was banned.
Of all accounts I bought this was banned fastest.
Filed dispute on paypal and lost.

User is requesting proof of ban now to refund, after offering me a replacement in emails.
I deleted all account information due to fact it lasted 12 hours and user was banned.

It shouldn't be that hard to offer a proof of ban. I doubt you don't remember a password . And the reason you lost that claim is because you didn't even left the dispute open for me to message you, you escalated it instantly to paypal
 
You were banned. And i deleted all account information. I have other **** to do then keep some banned account.

So how do I know that the account was indeed banned and you just don't keep the account?
Because after your logic , I can go buy accounts from people , change passwords/emails, say they have been banned , keep the account and also get my money back .

I'm not reply further. Admin can decide.
Account was banned under 24 hours. I would not care if it was a week.
You were banned so I deleted account info. Deleted username and password. I have tons of accounts for tons of games.

If I do not get a refund, I will leave a negative for terrible experience and customer service
 
doomedtofail you have to show some proof it was banned. If you deleted it, then post the chat log where the login info was given so I can at least confirm the account is deleted.

BuddhaSama it common knowledge a MASSIVE amount of botted Pokemon accounts have been getting banned over the last week. Checking your thread https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/100...very!-CHEAP!?p=5107911&viewfull=1#post5107911 there's another member complaining of a ban the day before Doomedtofail, so obviously some of your accounts are getting banned.

Waiting for login info, once I confirm the account was delete or doesn't exist a refund will be required.

I can log into pokemon trainer club site but in game in no longer likes information. Originally I had the failed to authenticate error which means banned. my email has nothing from niantic.

And which username is that if I may ask ? To me is hidden and the password I gave him doesn't work to me to even try
