User Baebae is a scammer, took my money and ran, someone else reported him too

It is sad that you didn't ban this person in time or post their bad review before I got scammed too. he claimed on one forum that someone else was stealing his account and he posted to sell it on here with the same images. I did paypal and the dude took off and blocked me on discord.
His username is Bae-Bae#5469 but on discord you can change every 5 seconds so it doesn't matter, but in my private dms on here he confirms that he does indeed go by that name on discord.I will attach a picture of my messages to show that he is a scammer that took money and ran.

Beware he is also scamming on PlayerAuctions using the same pictures and just updated the account price, he dropped it from 4k to 1.7k
His name is SHiNRA on there. Please be careful.

Please Ban his ip to stop him from scamming others, he's done this scam a few times, if he is innocent then I would like him to make amends and just pay me back or give me the account info. rather than straight up ghosting, that's how you know someone is scummy. He keeps putting up the same pictures of the account, scams someone then plays innocent on another account and acts like someone is using his account, he has done it on here and on other websites. If you just banned him the 1st time he did this none of this would have happened.
