Most guns are unlocked and semi leveled. The only ones i can think of off the top of my head that are maxed is the cw ak47 and the mw fal and i think maybe the xm4

Just the Rambo bundle bought and Im pretty sure the Adler detective looking skin in the screenshot will stay on the cod account once you link it to your battlenet. Free Warzone only, no full game for either
