The account is as mentioned an abolisher in full heroic GHA gear with the mana regen scepter (regens 30% of your mana over 30seconds 2 minute cooldown)

All farms are in sanddeep 4 8x8, 3 16x16 are all next to each other which makes it great for setting up in one spot. Both 24x24 are farmhouses already built again adjacent to each other in Karkasse.

Land is shared over 2 archeum founders accounts both with lvl 50 toons.

Over 4k worth of crafting matts in the wharehouse.

over 120,000 points spent on various skills, mining/gathering/metalworking/alchemy etc

I'll offer you $300 for all the land. I don't care about the gold equivalent. If that was the basis for valuating accounts this site would not exist.

 

If you are looking at taking all of it then at current land prices I would be looking at least $500/600 since the majority of it is all adjacent and in a great location.

And One account now also has the very rare medusa battle pet from GHA last boss 1% drop chance.
