The account has the following characters starred up:

6 stars :

- Vivian
-Miyuki
-Selena
-Hachi Shiki
-Yuffie
-Daina can go up to 6 star but missing the dust

5 star potential units (as in I have the shards to get them to 5* but lacking the dust) :

-Nina is already 5* (23/120 shards to 6*)
-Fenebeth
-Hersey (She can go to 5* and half way to 6*)

Some important info about the account:

-The account can get a second Nicola the next guild multi summon making her 4*
-The account has almost 60k Gnosis shards which will allow whoever gets the account to get 2 Anna copies at the very least next Gnosis banner rotation in 17 days
-The account also has 11k SEED Badges (pvp summon currency)
-The account can easily finish Dream Expedition up to World E (Screenshots of everything will be sent to proof what I say)
-The account has the leader passives fully maxed out
-The account doesn't have any 1 time value pack purchased except SVIP and the 1$ Phoebe pack (So kasumi pack is still available)
-The account has 161 Miyuki shards so she is more than half way prepared for her awakening when it does drop
-The account has the normal story completely finished up to chapter 16 and in collapsed up to half way in chapter 16
-The account has 65 selected tickets available
-The account is bound to a dummy gmail account and you will be given full access to it upon purchase
-The account is pvp capable (Top 300 every week)
-The account does have the beach Kasumi skin, granted it doesn't have Kasumi herself.

Update. Reached 328k CP and finished all of collapsed 3 starred and got the last leader.

Update. Got 319k CP and maxed out everything in the Muscipula (House).

Update. Summoned on Gemmy's banner and got her once. My CP also increased from 284k to 300k. Also forgot to send a picture of my leader being maxed so here it is as well.
