Seller provided a 1 star because I requested a refund for an item he sold me. The original owner of the account had been hacked and his account sold. The original owner recovered his account and reached out to me to find out how I got his account. What's real funny here - is that the sale included the game account and the Kickstarter account. The Kickstarter account was actually not even associated with game account that I was sold. I was able to verify this with Intrepid as well. Just a bad situation for all parties.
I had requested a full refund and offered the seller the option to do a partial as I believe he was unaware that his goods were stolen. He denied both and wasn't willing to accept any responsibility. To be clear - the seller is a great seller. He got stuck with a bad product and thus, I got stuck.
