I plan to upgrade my acc to epicmember but I wonder do I need verified paypal to buy or not? I bought this before and the admins said that I need verified paypal to buy upgrades

to buy via paypal your paypal account must be upgraded . you can buy epic member with out paypal using bitcoin, but cannot buy verified that way
