Selling 22 accounts with high spec crafting/refining characters. Original owner/all accounts goes with emails. All accounts are clear of any RWT activity. Additionally, you pay MM fee. You can expect some discount if buying for ~1000$ or more.
Plus there is 15 full T8 guild halls with T8 furniture(225 T8 tinker labourers) for 75$ each.
It's not some worthless specialisation like farmer/cook that pays for their premium at best - 100/100 at T7 or T8 will get you real money. And additional 400 points in side nodes doubles the profit due to focus cost reduction.
And than next patch will bring hideouts to the game. You need blocks to build them. Then you need blocks to build stations inside. And then that hideout can be destroyed - so you need blocks again to rebuild them. AND there most likely be population spike due to patch hype resulting in increased demand to already scarce resource.
This accounts are enough to sustain even the large scale guild or you can convert blocks to labourer houses and outsource them for billions of free profit.
