Unranked -> Silver Account + most champions (& skins, do NOT have to be amazing).

Hello all, currently looking for a sick League Account to pick up.
Some rules I have to start it off:
1. Have to be rep'd/trusted/verified OR better yet, epic verified.
2. I will pay first, I am new here, but I am paypal verified, so no screwing around.
3. Contact me on this thread first with your skype information.
4. ORIGINAL OWNER preferred, but can be negotiated.
5. Must not have been banned or suspended at any point.
6. Must have a price range/set price to shoot me.
7. Must provide name of account in question, for inspection.
8. MUST be level 30 w/ some extras (Can also be negotiated).
9. Will be a fast transaction, I will be on here and checking frequently.
