At Spring 2025 one customer added us and first he ordered our exclusive Lifetime Power+ Subscription for 399 usd, payment by Zelle
after that ordered Ultimate Pack in Throne and Liberty via g-2-g (very long order, for 30-40 days) for 1158 usd
and also ordered alot of Lucents, donate currency in that game too, via PayPal FnF for 864 usd
developer patched our Lucent method so delivery of last order was delayed
buyer did not like that, and instead to ask for a refund, he disputed Ultimate Pack order, that was almost completed, via g-2-g
and blocked us in Discord
We immediately asked him in g-2-g chat WTF, and convinced him to unblock us and take a refund via Paypal for Lucents and cancel g-2-g dispute
Since we have not enough PP balance at that time for a refund, we asked him to REQUEST 864 usd so we can pay for that INVOICE not via PP balance, but via CC
After refund completion for Lucents, he decided to do real scam - we received email from g-2-g that Ultimate Pack order disputed again but not via g-2-g report system, but because buyer commited CHARGEBACK via his financial institution
After that Corseth again blocked us in discord without any explanations, and changed Steam password so we can not login and take proofs of delivery, since order was almost completed.
But we streamed everything so it was not a problem for us to provide all necessary proofs to g-2-g and they said they will try to dispute that chargeback with buyer's Bank.
From my experience Banks always favor client in such situations, so we decided to dispute PayPal refund that was done before, to cover that loss at least partially.
Also seller's chargeback protection of g-2-g did not work for our store either, because order was too big for it.
And payment was done on request, this is important, because its saved us - payment on request/invoice can be easily disputed and PayPal always will favor the side who did the payment, since receiver can not proof that he send us goods/other physical stuff (intangible goods not covered by PayPal protection) and we insist that Corseth took money and did not provide anything in exchange.
So we received 864 usd back from PayPal
after near a month of time we was surprised again, because g-2-g won their case against Corseth's Bank and we also received money for Ultimate Pack too
so in the end, scammer lost 864 usd in attempt to scam us. Zelle payment was not disputed at all, may be he did not found a way to do it.
