The customers must be aware that buying currencies - in almost any games - is against the TOS and involves certain risks. We do everything we can to minimize such risks, but it can happen. Also - we have no proof that the customer got banned because of transaction with me - he could've been breaking game rules in another way(hacking, botting - for example) or he migh've also bought stuff from someone else and is trying to blame it on me. I do not hold myself responsible for such cases. Moreover - the customer never even tried to contact me, in some cases i can refund payments when service leads to bans or other issues.
So, please remove this feedback.
 
In many cases being banned is the customer's fault actually - for example, a common mistake - people discuss that they bought(or sold) gold in in game chats - and that leads to a ban. It's just an example, might've been anything of course.
 
It is at my discretion to request a refund. There was no arbitrated contract between us. I simply left feedback and used exact quotes from Frontier after disputing their claim. If i need to prove the validity of my review. I would only need to provide my dispute email chain. I'm sorry the feedback is negative. But feedback is just that, if you can't control your customers observation of TOS you cannot control my right to leave factually correct, quoted feedback notifying people that while you do good business. You are a RECOGNIZED and COMPROMISED vendor known and acknowledged by Frontier Games.

I don't even own an account, in any game pretty much, and i sell stuff in tens of different games. So i can't be "a RECOGNIZED and COMPROMISED vendor known and acknowledged by Frontier Games." I take stuff from suppliers, different ones also, and they log in game and trade stuff to the customers - so that makes zero sense. You can leave negative feedback, but if it unjustified - i will dispute it, which i did. Yes, people can get banned sometimes, in any game. It happens - when you order boosts or when you buy gold or when you buy accounts - but it can't be my fault, as a re-seller, it's just the risks of doing stuff which is against game TOS.
 
It's been a week, could we get an update on this, please?
