Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: A lot of information about our trade you will able to see in "Proof" section via screenshots of our correspondence history. > I sold to him 2 accounts, first for 19 euro and second for 38 euro. Both of accounts had date of the last game 1 year ago. At the time of transaction he knew that i'm Absolutely do not responsible for accounts after the trade, information about this always was posted in my EU and NA account selling threads: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1057538-EU-Account-Store!Safe-Place-with-Good-Conditions . Despite this in like 40 days he write to me with screenshots that anymore he have no access to the account for 38 euro (Account was not banned, as he said he just have no access to this account anymore). For continue please check "PROOF" section, because there need to read our skype correspondence with him.

Last game important as proof that original owner really not interested in his account and sold it finally and honestly and will not try get his account back instantly after the trade. Because yes if account have no inactive there chance that original owner will sale it, receive money and back account via Riot Support and again start selling the same account. I can't be 100% sure about origin of all my accounts but as special i have no deals with ******* accs. I buy them individually 1:1 without suppliers, because they always obviously offer or botted or ******* accounts. Thats why on my website (where i sale accs) posted really not a lot of accs :/ www.alexshop.net

Don't understand, there before the trade he was Agreed with my rules where only 3 options and one of them - i do not responsible for account after the trade. Account even was NOT banned. In addition he just could change the password and tell me that account was recovered? How in this case i should verify that? Just believe in his words and provide the replacement? There means customer can write to me in like 6 month and tell me - my account was recovered i don't care about your rules you should trust in my words and provide me replacement account? ammm, how it works?

1) If a recall claim is made by the buyer and no proof is provided by either party (as nearly all LoL recalls are), the seller will have to either provide a refund or 2nd account.
-- Once this happens, regardless of what happens after, the dispute is resolved and no bans will be issued.

When there is no proof only neutral feedback can be given.

I miss quoted, I can change to a nuetral.

In this case before this i try to talk with him about replacement of this account (already wrote to him), if he will disagree my offer then... then i will take neutral rating.

I don't know, this guy even do not answer me on my requests, i'm not blocked by him or something like that, can't receive answer from him since 11 march. He just put negative for nothing and now even don't want contact with me.

Okay I checked that skype and feedback, this feedback is for a bad boost, not an account you must be confused wiht someone else as that user did not buy an account and that skype is not his.

Ohhh, i'm really confused, you're right, sorry, this is my damn fault, i was sure this is another guy because after he receive my message i instantly received negative rating. But as result it was customer who bought boost 2 march 2017 :/

I talked with guy who pressed negative rating for me and we found a compromise, soon negative rating should be removed by him.

Thanks for your help and sorry for wasted your time. I think this thread can be closed.
