I paid UnityGaming $35 to complete all the achievements for Brewfest since I didn't feel like doing them, but he didn't finish them all. I tried contacting the last 3-4 days of Brewfest time in game, but he never responded. I don't expect a full refund, but I expect most of it back. It's the longest one to complete (minus the year long one that I told him start the chain and I'll finish the rest).
If this was an Arena rating service, I would be refunded fully for him not finishing, if I was purchasing say all T11 boss kills, but he missed Sinestra, I would expect a full refund for not delivering what I ordered.

Side note: Brewfest ended Oct 6. I've been trying to contact him since October 2 (You can see in the chat log he says he was going to log on October 1, but didn't do it).
