Unicorn FGO NA account with all total grails... or close

At the time of writing this post 1/31/2023, the total number of grails acquirable in NA is 64 (including the one you get from the tengu event)

I am looking for an account with (or as close to) this number in total grails. The more unused, the better!

I don't care about the SSRs in the account unless they're grailed since I'd want to check out who got grailed. Ideally there exists a unicorn account with all 64 grails unused.

There is no budget but it is also hard to price since the only metric I'm using is grails and not the units.
