Unfairly banned in WoW - looking for help

I recent spent an extreme amount of time on WoW, leveling a character from 1-70 in just over a week. I was just banned for botting (I am not a botter, and never have been). I called account services and he told he was as in the dark about my ban as I was, and would escalate my ticket to a GM. What else can I do? :\

if you were banned for a bot you were banned for botting. Warden is a ridiculously advanced programming that is being updated (and now polymorphic) to my understanding. If they said you were banned for botting you WERE banned for botting even if you werent a multi billion dollar company isn't going to admit a false positive with their program... but I'm still fairly sure you were banned for actually botting (unless it was something else) because like i said warden just too advanced

That's a link to the Warden software blizzard uses. Sean is correct in his statement, there needs to be a third party client involved for warden to flag it. In your case it may not have been a leveling bot but if you had any addons even from curse-gaming, there could have been third party software attatched that you are unaware of.

this will be tricky to recover as warden is an extremely advanced program because otherwise people who are generally very quick at leveling will end up with bans, you must have had something on from curse or anyother program at the time, for example cheat engine is a BIG no no don't even leave it running in the background as it will pick that up pretty quickly.

Theres not really much to say, trying phoning Blizzard customer support with all the appropiate information i.e cd keys passport, and try to explain your case. From there i don't know but i wish you luck
