Unfair negative feedback from gubtob

Received a negative feedback from gubtob, regarding a transaction I middlemanned for him.

Price of his account was 80€, and money was supposed to be sent to me, then forwarded to the seller. Sellers was to receive 74, after splitting the 12 fee to half.

I made a mistake and thought the price was in USD and not in EUR, so I asked the buyer for $74 USD.
This was then forwarded to the seller. Seller complained that the it's the wrong currency, so I sent him the rest to compensate.

And now for some reason I receive a negative feedback because he believes I somehow cheated him, while I basically forfeited my fee to correct the mistake.

He is uncooperative on skype, so I'm opening a dispute.

also the private chat before stated out that we were talking bout 80 euro.
his fee was 12 usd http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=12&From=USD&To=EUR which is 10.7332 eur (and not 12) -> you should have sent 74,63.

he asked me to send it today instead of last night - i agreed.

he just sent 74 usd which is 64,36 on paypal

i asked him for 11 more eur (****ed the math up should have been only 10).
he sent 7.8, blaming paypal for worse exchange rates. i dont care about the exchange rates. we agreed on 80 eur - 12/2 usd fee.
overall i got 72.16 eur cause you ****ed up - where i say you just tried to cheat on me in the first attempt.

and even if you did an mistake. you cant let your customers pay for that.

Okay I see no reason that feedback is fair as the integrity tried to fix it. only other way to resolve is you refund both payments and he repays you 80 euro, if theres an exchange rate difference or fee from paypal, you lose that thats how it works.

So 1.84€ is missing now until 74€?

By default, in my trades paypal sending fees are paid by the buyer, and currency conversion fees by the seller. No one really complains to that. Your buyer paid an extra $5 for the sending fee, which was not split.

The fee is also lower than it should because I calculated it for $80, not for 80€, which should be almost $90 usd.
But since it was still my miscalculation, I will compensate you for the remaining 1.84.

the point is that there was no agreement on a currency conversion. we've been always talking bout euro - except of your mm-fee.
so feel free to delete that feedback. you'd do that anyway
