Other information: This is an old feedback that I received, but I did not bother to dispute because I did not care. However, lately I had a couple of clients wonder why I have it so I decided to explain the situation here instead of to every other client.

Describe why you believe the feedback is wrong: The client accused of causing him the ban during the boost. When he contacted riot asking whether there was an IP change during the usage of scripts (As I requested), they informed him that that "there was no unauthorized access or compromise"

Other proof: I have provided rons. with a different boost before this one and it was very smooth and the outcome was as expected. Here's his feedback:

After a short period of time, he contacted me again for another boost and assigned the same booster to him. Mid-way during the boost, the account was banned for scripting and he blamed my booster. I was quite certain that my booster was clean because he did dozens of orders for me with no complains, so I asked him to contact riot and inform them that the account was compromised and the usage of scripts was on a different IP, they replied saying that the usage of scripts was not from another IP. In conclusion, I belive that he used the scripts himself and accused me of it in hopes to get a refund (As I have offered if my booster was found guilty).

I have notified him of dispute. We do not remove feedback like this just because its old.
If he does not respond I will try emailing him.
This stuff needs to be handled when it happens. Sorry we cannot make it status quo to have sellers wait until user is no longer active on site to start disputing feedback.

We will give him a chance to respond then make a final decision on feedback if he does not.

But riot saying there was no unauthorized access does not mean it did not happen they just did not believe it was hacked. Unless they said specifically when scripting happened we cannot rule your booster out.

I tried adding ron on Skype before filling this complaint, but it was fruitless.

Concerning riot's reply, he was asked to inform them that he did not use any scripts and the use of scripts was during the games when he was away. Their answer was that it is not true since the use of scripts was not during an "unauthorized access".

Riot can not tell whether a login was due to hack or through a giving the login details in case of a boost, they can only see the change in IP.

"unauthorized access" could be stating that they feel it was a paid boost as well.

This feedback was nearly a year ago, so we can't remove it unless you can show overwhelming proof it's false.

Rons purchase a boost from you
while the boost was in progress the account was banned for 3rd party scripts
Rons contacted Riot and they said "I didn't notice any unauthorized access" and said nothing else

We know for a fact your booster was on the account and his IP address was different from Rons. If the booster was using a VPN, that should be been enough for Riot support to see the account might have been compromised.

Because Riot said "I didn't notice any unauthorized access" sounds to me that the person that checked the account didn't check very closely. This does not prove the botting was caused by Rons, it just means Riot Support didn't really look at the IPs.

Based on this, we can't removed the feedback.

Feedback disputes need to be opened faster, within 10 days, 30 days max, otherwise it's very hard to investigate.
