A guy comes to me and wants me to help him sell his account. No problem. I did same service xx times. He gives me some crap mage with 600 gold. We agreed that im gonna give him set amount of money once i manage to sell him. And thats it. After that i checked and examined account, checked email as i always do etc. Each day after that he keeps poking me " Hey did you sell it,Hey did you make a new post, hey this, hey that", which is irrelevant but wanted to mention. So basically he gave me all the infos including email so account is in my possession completely. He gets paid, what we agreed on, upon sale. What i do with account meanwhile is my business. Today i was short like 200 gold so i took it from his mage account. That would by no means influence the money i owe him upon sale. HE will still get the same amount so it is not important to him. HE probably saw that i changed gold amount in my post And than he starts raging on me over skype, why am i stealing his gold blah, blah, blah, like yeah 200 gold is HUGE theft im gonna buy myself a car. Completely laughable. The amount of money i was going to give to him upon sale is the same anyway. And than he is like, GIVE ME BACK MY ACC ARGH. And i said wtf man? You wasted my time preparing account, advertising on 3 websites, making posts and threads and now you want it back? And he goes "Ur a thief bla bla bla Steal my gold bla". And im like ok take your crappy account back just stay away from me, and leave me alone. And im going to keep the gold i used as payment for the time i invested and wasted in advertising your account. Seems fair dont you think? I mean i dont really give a crap about 200 gold if he wanted i could give that 200 gold back instantly. But he made a fool out of me. Giving it for sale than asking it back. But than he was going so much on my nerves that i just blocked him. He made me so frustrated over mere 200 gold. Market price 10 bucks btw. And now he gives me negative? for what exactly? I should be the one giving him negative because he broke the deal we had. Please delete this.

Sorry I will be blunt. You should for no reason ever take anything from an account you do not own, ever. If you asked his permission then that would be a different story.

And no you cannot keep his gold as payment for advertising account. Unless you told him there was a charge for listing an account prior to taking control of, he has all right to take account back when you took something off of it.

So you must return gold or compensate him for gold for negative feedback to be removed, but it will be set as a neutral as you over stepped this one.
There was no reason to do this, the account was not yours, you did not pay him, you do not own account. Never take anything off a users account with out their permission.

I didnt allow him to took anything from my account and didnt allow him to change my password from email and character account. He did without any permission. I saw he changed gold amount and I am sure he just sold it. I now its not huge. I asked to sell my character with 660g and not with 390g. You even lie to ur costumers in description.

Give me character name and i will send back a whooping 270 gold. I will add 100 more for your pain and suffering. This is hilarious. And why neutral feedback? Because he is insulting me all around? I gave him his account back and will give him gold when he gives me char name. Neutral feedback is not ok, as this was obviously misunderstanding. No need for any "feedbacks" here. No rules were set by either him or me prior to our deal so you cant make up rules now and enforce them at your leisure. Thats not right.

And no, he did not ask " sell my character with 660 gold" He just said " sell my character" And i was doing that.
If he told me specifically "i want you to sell my account with exactly 660 gold on it" i would do exactly that. But no he didnt. We didnt have any rules set before so i dont see whats the point in making up rules now. My point is that he would get his money exactly as agreed. If i strip him naked and sell him like that, but he still receives amount of money that we agreed on, i dont see an issue there. Do you think he would mind or even ask " hey what happened with gold?". No he would not. If character got banned i would still pay him. This is completely misplaced and im the only side who is getting hurt here as he lost nothing and i got neutral feedback. And for what? For trying to sell his account for him. Ye thats right. And Shadich you are bashing me here for what exactly. 270 gold? Really?

How can I possibly be sure that my account were not banned already? How can I be sure that I am not going to be banned for gold selling. I will only accept payment via skrill for this gold. I dont wana risk anymore and take gold from other accounts that u are trying to sell or smurfs lvl1. I wana sell my account and not get banned.

As doomed stated, you can't sell gold from someone's account without their permission. What happens if you can't sell the account? You'll then have to either pay for the gold sold or add more gold to the account.

The fact you are using the customers account to sell gold, is also a problem. This can lead to a temp or perma ban if caught. The customer never agreed to that risk.

Since the customer has their account back, we will wait for Elkido to pay for the missing gold. Once shadich confirms payment, the neutral can be removed.

In the future, we will not remove the feedback if Elkido does this again.
