Unable to select paypal payment for account selling listing

when putting my character/account up for sale on mmobay I'm unable to select the checkbox next to paypal payments. I cannot go any further without selecting it so I can't list the character at the moment!
I've had the $3 taken from my account and I don't get any warnings saying that I'm not verified when I login so I have no idea what the problem is.
The transaction was made last night, does it take a few days for it to register and go through?

At the time of registration, we did not require users to enter their Paypal address, which is why you don't have one added. Please send us an email from the Paypal email address you would like us to add to your account.
