Unable to renew stick thread

Hi, I’m currently having a problem to renew/purchase a stick thread on the BDO service. It says I already had an active sticky thread but I didn’t. Please help me fix the problem

I see you already have one that expires Nov 7th. You can't use the same thread for multiple purchases. If it's for another thread, let me know the URL.

It was previously used and expired, but for some reason it wasn't properly cleared out of the system. It's been fixed, you can continue. Sorry for the trouble.
