Unable to purchase credits via paypal?

[StarGalaxy]

I been trying to purchase credits but there no option for paypal but yet on the epicnpc page where it states what you can purchase credits with (it states paypal).

Paypal is no longer available since recently, due to Paypal permanently limiting EpicNPC's account.
Credit card payments are expected to be enabled soon, but until then you have to use one of the available payment methods.
