Unable to post a new thread in Forum: WoW Power-Leveling Services - Account Boosting

Hi,

I've logged in today to start a new post in the Forum: WoW Power-Leveling Services - Account Boosting forum but I don't see an option to post a new thread. Had a quick look at my permissions and it says "You may not post new threads". Not sure what's changed but I was able to post new threads earlier this year.
