Here's how the trade process will be like and please do not contact me if you wanna do any tricks:
(1) Please contact me on Epicnpc if you want to buy the property. Not gonna use Discord as Epicnpc won't investigate Discord disputes.
(2) I will contact you and invite you to my FC, as the FC ownership transfer now takes 30 days.
(3) After 30 days, meaning that now I'm able to transfer the FC ownership to you, please start a Trade Guardian service from your end. Buyer will be responsible for the Trade Guardian fees. It's good for both of us.
(4) You can pay me via PayPal (choose "Family & Friend" when sending the payment) or Venmo if you have one.
