Asking for $700. It is Union Level 39. There are plenty of incomplete world exploration and 30 crystal solvents to boost way higher in union levels if desired. There are plenty of unspent shell crystals, materials, and extras to customize the account to your needs as well.
The account is attached to a dummy which will be fully transferred over once purchased.
It goes without saying, all 4 stars are mostly RC6 especially important ones like Mortefi.
