lvl 90 amber + amos bow
lvl 80 xinyan + wolfs gravestone
lvl 80 venti
lvl 80 mona + skyward atlas
lvl 80 barbara
lvl 60 qiqi
every 4 star except for ningguang (dm for consts)
maxed statues, female traveler
blue seelie, endora, lyre
has lots of 5 star artifacts, still has welkin and battlepass (for this month)
guraanted pity like around 60
i can show proof i own the account by ss or meting in-game.

I’ve got a C1 keqing, Xiao, and Klee account that has a guaranteed limited banner pity. NA Ar40. But pity is slightly higher than 30. I have a ton of fragile resin saved up that can be used to farm items needed for kazuha though. If this is still available and you are interested let me know…
