A Dead Account/Possible ghosting

Im willing to take this down if it gets resolved, but this seller sold me an account with dead links, and I’m unable to get inside of the actual game with it. The seller was nice about it at first, Shang they were willing to give a refund, but hasn’t answered chats, and has possibly blocked me on multiple sites.
