The only way to have zero risk of theft from original owners recalling their accounts is to get an account to account transfer. (This costs $25 and is FREE if you're getting a server transfer anyway.) You will have to start a new account which means paying for CD keys. $40 worth of insurance means what you buy is yours forever with no risk of recall. By using a middleman your payment is more secure because the original owner never touches it until they complete their end of the deal. First you get what you paid for, then they get paid.
How account to account transfers and the sales process works:
You pay the middleman and provide your email. The middleman verifies your identity using telephone, home address, etc.
The middleman tells the original owner to send the buyer character names and their account registration information only. (This process is safer for sellers too, because the middleman never needs their information.)
The buyer makes a compatible account, but can have their own email address, telephone, security question, login name, login password, and security question answer. When YOU make the account with YOUR private cd keys, you stay safe from account fraud.
If the buyer wants a server transfer and also wants free name changes, all they have to do is create characters on the destination server that have the same name.
The buyer sends the seller their account name and security question answer, and desired server ONLY. (Nothing else)
The seller logs into account management and does the account to account transfer.
The buyer logs in to check, and then tells the middleman that they are happy.
The middleman pays the seller.
100% secure. Nobody knows information that can harm your account or allow them to steal what you paid for.
Other middlemen know your account information and have it stored on their computer.
They can steal it, hackers can steal it. The original owners know it and they can steal it too.
I am the only middleman that stands by 100% safety by requiring all buyers and sellers to use account to account transfers.
