It is a battle.net account, since all WoW accounts must now be. As such, this also comes with extra games.

- Diablo 2 and Diablo 2: LOD
- Starcraft Anthology

I paid for all of these games when they were new.
WoW = $40 Base + $40 BC + $40 LK = $120
Let's say $15 for the others, $75.
