The Mage has 4/5 Val not including head wich is BiS, all other items are BiS apart from ring trinket and the bracer (The bracer I have now is BiS for Frost/Fire, but Im currently specced arcane so it is not, but the Valor bracers which I will be buying soon are 2nd BiS)
