The type of account I am looking for doesn't have to be super expensive, but at least good enough of its ex/rare gear.

Jobs I am looking for are the set jobs of Mnk-Rng-Sam-Rdm (all 75) CoP and ZM must be completed with either Rajas ring or Tamas Mnk, Rng, & rdm are a must. Mnk must have Blackbelt and partial AF+2 gear set if available. The race I would be interested are mostly male/Tarutaru/Human/Elvan.

to answer your question I have already mentioned the jobs I wanted. so I can either have the sets I want or at least one that is similar to my interests.
