I had bought the TWV service roughly a week ago, paid the $10 and submitted my photo ID. Is there an ETA on when this may be effective?

Are you referring to the Verification system we have here on the site, EpicNpc verified, or the actual Trust Who Verified service from Marcus?

TWV isnt exclusive to this site. Ive used mine numerous times.

That's a reference to already having TWV and wanting to upgrade. TWV is a service provided by a different site but still valid here.
It's not something actually sold here. EpicNpc should post here soon.

New Trust Who Verification's are no longer accepted. Only those members who already had TWV can continue to use it. You must get Epic Verified, sorry.

The reason for this is because TWV is outdated. They cannot check our database to see if someone is a known scammer or has been banned before, they can only verify the info they received. TWV was discontinued about 2 years ago here.

Oh okay. So I upgraded using the "level 2" option, I already had the level 1. Is there a difference, besides the 10 dollars I paid?

No, you still get all the perks a Verified member gets because you had TWV long before. We are just no longer accepting new TWV applications.
