Two questions about buying accounts

First of all, I'd like to apologize if these questions have already been answered but I couldn't find anything using the search option.

1. Has anyone bought from Accounts.com and how was your experience?

2. What is the likelyhood of a bought account being banned because of a paid character transfer? (name on credit card being different than name on account)

Hey. =)

1. I believe their accounts are way too expensive for what they offer and don't enjoy dealing with their terrible customer service. However, from what I've heard, they're safe. If you really want a nice account from someone you can trust, look for people who have positives and Trust Who Verified. Make sure you still do searches on them.

2. It's not exactly the paid character transfer. I think it's everything put together. (e-mail change, password change, etc) When I sell an account, I don't play on it for about a week so the IP change doesn't go directly from Virginia to California.

I dont require any feedback whatsoever - As long as the paypal matches the name on the WoW account... and the paypal has been active for some time.

That is a huge misconception these days. If someone is brand new on the forums with an account their not the OO of.... odds are the guy has already gotten banned for the forums /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Bumping old thread...

I have a quick question along these lines. I just recently decided that I may want to buy an account (grinding completely sucks but I want a little variety in arenas), but everyone says you shouldn't deal with people that have no rep. How do you get rep without buying/selling? It's a whole chicken before the egg thing.

Though I, admittedly, won't buy from someone without rep, will I really get turned down b/c I just created an account? Seems like a pretty vicious circle to me...

Advice?

From experience, accounts.net do NOT transfer their accounts to a "safe" one after purchase. thus, the original owner has been known to recall the account after the 40-50 days paypal dispute period.

accounts.net will refund you with STORE CREDIT if this happens, meaning that you are stuck buying something from them again... but this would suck considering your time investment...
