Two-Factor Authentication not working

I just got my new iphone 7 and was trying to remove 2 factor authentication but in order to disable I am trying to click on tools > two factor authentication but screen is just blank nothing comes up so I cannot even enter my code to disable.

Please help I would like to disable and enable on my new phone.

Its working now. Sorry, was testing something and had to disable it, then forgot to turn it back on.
