Twitter "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

I have posted the code in my twitter profile and it was approved, but when I'm trying to make an advert for the twitter account I'm getting the following error message:

"Oops! We ran into some problems.
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

At the top, next to the title is a prefix menu, you have to select one.
