If you paid via PayPal, you're basically going to eat the cost of the transaction because it was "sold" to you as an intangible item. PayPal will tell you that it can't settle the dispute and that you must speak with your bank and local authorities to begin an investigation. I had started an investigation on another former scammer here, but I don't think anything was done about it. Keep a record of your emails, just in case... But you got screwed. Live and learn, if it's too good to be true, then it ain't true. Sorry. =(

Then yes you were scammed. I was messaging him for a couple days but he kept on rushing and lowering price so I backed off, then almost immediately after I saw your post on here I realized he was no longer on Skype.
Emiki, open a dispute on the transaction in paypal or call your CC company if that's what you used through paypal and tell them to cancel it immediately.
