The account is on the old servers from the Game of Survivors(on one of 1-5s)
About the transfer; i don't know all the servers that will be open for switch; i know just the folowing servers; Server 1 till 15 and Servers 102,103,104(i don't know if exist 101 and 100,thouse servers shoul be open to), probably there will be more servers, but i don't know i diden't check them to see if they are in s4..
If you are looking for a strong server where to move the account, you have where; s8 whith sky and cicici(war),s6(free) or 102 i notice that they also have strong players,you will need to check all the server that will be avaible, to see where you like (I recommend s8)
