Toon-Up - $2.50 per 1000 points ($20 to max from 0)
Trap - $2.00 per 1000 points ($20 to max from 0)

Sound - $2.00 per 1000 points ($20 to max from 0)
Throw - $1.20 per 1000 points ($12 to max from 0)
Squirt - $1.20 per 1000 points ($12 to max from 0)

Suit Leveling:
Sellbot - $6 per suit tier until level 8 Mr. Hollywood, then $10 per 10 levels
Cashbot - $8 per suit tier until level 8 Robber Baron, then $14 per 10 levels
