Please use the 'Location Info' button on our site to see what country someone is from. You would have seen he's from China and the Paypal email xtra.co.nz is a New Zealand email. Never accept payment when these don't match up.

You will each have to recover your items or accounts. Since it was a stolen Paypal account, Paypal will reverse all charges. Gl.
