Trying to recover 15 euros 1 month after buying me an account

I made a sale in the forum, an account for 15 euros, the process was done correctly and the user sent the money and I gave him the account. He left me a positive vote, a month later PayPal tells me that those 15 euros were sent without consent. I want to report the user and know the reason. Many times this is done to receive the money and scam the other person by also keeping the account, or maybe it is the mother's PayPal account.

The money is pending.

It says that there is a review because the money sent to pay the account was sent without consent. This is my first time, possibly a child who sent money from someone else's account.

The kid changed the discord name. Am gonna report that guy via PayPal. Probably reporting the account what I sold from epic seven too.
Paypal tries to get my money back but I will not return anything. Selling an account and then reporting that the money was sent by someone else to get his mother's money back and then keeping the account defines the little boy he is.
