trying to buy on 'general sales - other accounts' verification notice

I'm trying to post about buying a tensor art account in the 'general sales' category. It's giving me a verification notice that's for sellers, however I am buying rather than selling. Can the pending review / verification notice be removed? Due to this circumstance.
